Carolyne Lunga passed her viva on Wednesday 23 November and is now Dr Lunga. Her research looks at collaboration in investigative journalism in Southern Africa. I learnt a lot about IJ developments in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Eswatini as the internal examiner for her thesis. And thanks to Professor Bruce Mutsvairo of the University of Utrecht for acting as external examiner.
